If you’re a small business that can handle most things yourself but just need that extra help occasionally, or there may be something you simply don’t have time for, Diamond IT can help. Pay as you go support means no contracts, no commitments, and ideal for the odd job such as virus clean up or computer optimisation.

We charge £70 per hour for on-site support and £1 a minute for remote support.  Call out charges do not apply for those businesses that are located within 30 minutes from our offices.

Furthermore, if it becomes apparent that our support contract will be more beneficial and save you money in the long term, we can give a discount based on the amount you have already paid for ad-hoc support.
