During the Christmas Break we developed email problems.  We telephoned Diamond IT and despite it being the Christmas period they connected remotely to our computers and were able to rectify the problem within one hour of our call.

The service was excellent and thanks to their efforts, our email was up and running and working properly very quickly.  The prompt service was greatly appreciated.
